Prior to becoming a Realtor with Coldwell Banker in 2018, I spent 24 years in the home building industry serving as President of Bruce Homes, Inc. Bruce Homes was known for building high quality properties and earned its reputation one satisfied client at a time, by always putting customer's needs first.
After 24 years, I thought it was time for me to embark on a new challenge, and concentrating more on the real estate sales industry is where I want to place my focus. I can now use my expertise gained from my years in the homebuilding industry to be a master evaluator of all types of homes, both new and previously owned, as well as the feasibility of building lots. This unique skillset will provide my real estate clients with an uncommon knowledge and proficiency.
